BREATHE

A fall journey shaped by wind, earth, and breath.

About the Place

This 9-night, 10-day retreat is designed to help you slow down and breathe in the magic of Ladakh. Autumn here paints the valleys gold, rivers turn crystal blue, and silence stretches wider than the sky. Each day is a gentle blend of stillness and movement — morning practices to open your breath, quiet walks through timeless villages, and nights spent under a starlit sky.

Ladakh is more than a destination; it’s a space that heals, steadies, and invites you back to yourself. And this retreat is our way of holding that space for you.

Accommodation (Where You’ll Stay)

Your stays across Ladakh have been chosen with care — boutique homes and family-run properties that welcome you not as a guest, but as part of their story. In Leh, you’ll be held by the warmth of a local family home, while in Turtuk, Hunder, and Pangong, you’ll sleep closer to nature, where mornings arrive with birdsong, shifting skies, and the quiet rhythm of rivers and mountains.

Each place is more than just a bed — it’s a space to pause, to feel at home, and to reconnect with yourself. These stays invite you to slow down, savor the land, and rest in harmony with Ladakh’s wild, breathtaking beauty.

Food

Food on this journey is simple, soulful, and made with care — wholesome vegetarian meals that feel like home. Most of what you’ll eat is freshly prepared, light, and nourishing, so your body feels comfortable in the high-altitude air. Alongside this, you’ll also get a taste of Ladakh itself — local dishes like thukpa, skyu, tingmo, and butter tea, carrying the spice, warmth, and character of the mountains.

Meals are not just about eating, but about connection — sitting together, sharing stories, and blending into the rhythm of Ladakhi life. Every plate is an invitation to slow down, savor, and feel the love with which it’s prepared.
